Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is a Spanish pop and flamenco artist. Since she was a teenager the singer has been performing in the world of popular music and flamenco. She also explores other music genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela described her voice as delicate and sharp, but still full of the intensity and abrasions of more experienced singers. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was released in 2018, which was commercially and critically acclaimed. Following Los Angeles, her debut album in 2017 was awarded a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and was also awarded the Grammy. The single La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami the third album by her, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry, James Blake as well as other musicians. The show premiered in March 2022. was released following Saturday Night Live's show Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia has been the only Spanish artist to sing solo on the show. Along with taking home three additional Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
